Returns

At The Style Cantina, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We appreciate you being part of our tribe and spending your hard earned money with us. We want you to absolutely love what you’ve bought!

Our returns policy set out below is subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If for any reason you change your mind, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item within 7 days of recieving it, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we are unable to allow refunds on items over 7 days. You need to email us PRIOR to sending the return at @hello@thestylecantina.com.au

The item must be returned unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. If any tags are cut off the garment or the garment is not in it’s original packaging, or if there are any marks on the garment we will assume the garment has been worn / used and will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. Items will only be refunded if they are faulty. If this is the case, we require photographic evidence sent to hello@thestylecantina.com.au and we will be in touch with you.

To complete your return:

To return something, please make sure you email us first at hello@thestylecantina.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, along with your Name and Address, and the reason for your return. Send it to:

The Style Cantina, PO BOX 320 Leichhardt NSW 2040.

Once the return is confirmed, please email us a tracking number for your return package. We hold no responsibility for your return if it is lost in transit and strongly suggest you choose a method of postage that you can track. We take no responsibility for items that may get lost in the post.

Please also note, that the cost of the original shipping method you chose at the time of purchase are not refunded. We don’t cover the cost of returning your item/s.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise on the status of your refund – approved or not approved. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow a total of 5 business days from the time we confirm your return has arrived at The Style Cantina HQ.

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer a refund or exchange on any sale/discounted items. These are considered final sale and can not be returned unless faulty.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges and are unable to offer alternative colours, styles or sizes on any items. Should you wish to change your item, we suggest following the returns process and then re-ordering through our website.

FAULTY ITEMS

We’re sorry if you receive a faulty item, we certainly don’t want this happening and will do our best in the quickest time possible to rectify this for you. In the event that you received an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or during the manufacturing process please email us as soon as possible and we will get right onto it for you.
